Michelle is a feline nutrition educator and content creator trusted by over 275,000 cat parents across social media. Through her brand Feminist Kitty, she helps modern cat owners navigate feline health and nutrition with clarity and confidence.


She is currently pursuing a Master of Veterinary Science (MVS) degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, receiving graduate level training in animal health, veterinary systems, and evidence based decision making.


By combining graduate studies with hands on experience as a multi-cat owner, she has built a highly engaged community that values thoughtful and practical recommendations.

She shares her home with six cats (Taz, Tig, Orange, Cinnamon, Oreo and Midnight) and one very weird cat (also known as her dog, Pippa).
